Very good option to stay in Leh. Rooms are clean. Food is good. Little away from main Bazar. USP is running hot water which is rare in Ladakh.

Very friendly staff who made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is also quite well located, not too far from the main market.

Location is a little far from the main market but very near to shanti stupa. Above average stay, there is not much you can expect in Leh. It was clean, rooms were nice too. You can't walk down to market from here.

It’s a good property and very good staff specially bashir as he take care of everything you need. I really like to visit again at the property as has clean rooms and food is very good. Uncle at the hotel is also very Car ring and calm.

I strongly believe you should be a traveller and not tourist if you are visiting Ladakh. Layul palace offers you the perfect opportunity to experience the hospitality of Ladakhi people along with home like food and staying in a room facing snow capped mountains. Hotel is just 1 km from Shanti Stupa- a must visit landmark if you are in Leh & 2 kms from the Leh market.

Most rooms in Ladakh are small in size, motley home stay. But Layul Palace offers great rooms, decent amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent staff with friendly behaviour. Power backup also present, which is a must in J&K. Decent Wi-Fi internet connectivity. Overall, a great experience.

Hotel staff is greedy for money. Even though we had a prepaid bookings still they have shown the greed. No coordination. Fooling people with the permits and all. **** All food. No support at all. I hated the stay the purpose of the visit was relaxation and it ended into a headache.

Location, service, cleanliness, behavior, restaurant all are excellent. The hotel is situated near to Shanti Stupa, which is a holy place and most attractive place for a tourist of Leh. Recommend for other.

Though thr rooms were clean, but there is no heating arrangements and you are left at mercy of God in chilling cold nights deteriorating your visit in Leh. The meals and breakfast offered were very bad. The overall experience was very terrible and not recommended for staying in future. The staff and owner need more training for hospitality of tourists and food.

I traveled with my Family... Its not 3 star experience that you will find. But if you are looking for pleasant stay with the Family then this is one of the best.. And can't emphasis more how wonderful and Loving the staff.

Perfect place for staying in a place like Leh. The hotel owners are very courteous, caring and genuine. They will guide you with all that is needed to. Have a safe, healthy and nominal trip to the city. I highly recommend this place for any family travelling to Leh. Thanks.

As it was start of the off season, staff was nowhere to be seen, but the owners were on their heels to make up for that. Still the hospitality one expects was missing. Room quality was nice and WiFi worked too.

If you are looking for budget hotel then Hotel Layul Palace is good option. Rooms are equipped with basic amenities. Location is bit outside of main city but near to Shanti Stupa. Nearest restaurant take 20mins walk from this hotel. Service and staff is good.

We were all senior citizen ladies and had 4 nights stay here. The hotel is very close to Shanti Stupa. Owners Jamal Bhai, Javed Bhai. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Services and food were excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Overall, a very comfortable and awesome stay.

These people are extremely Passionate about their job, they took very Good care of me, their valuable Suggestions helped me to do my adventures at very short time frame.
