good and nice location, room neat and clean, owner is very friendly, staffs also very friendly, they are expanding the hotel with amenities, nice time to stay here, very safe place, parking also available, home food available. my rating is 5 for 5.

Very bad room. Work is not yet completed and location is not shown in map properly. Bath rooms are very bad

Everything you see in pictures is fake. There are containers and plywood rooms placed in a field. Plywood rooms are broken and anything even snake can enter room. Property owner does not have sense of speaking. He rejected the refund also provide me a refund.

Unique and cheap with pool it is has mountain view along with car parking and they even have a cook which can prepare delicious food

The view of the resort is owsam you just open the door and see the beautiful mountain very relaxing place.

The most unhygienic place we have seen. We checked in only for 20 mins and left the place. Didn’t got the money back as well. Worst experience. Would never recommend unless you like ants to bite you and be in an unhygienic place

Stay was awesome. Host and staff are really helpful and down to earth. They will make you feel like at your home.

I just hope you guys are following up on my refund with the property owner of om beach house because i gave all my reviews about the place on the call

Its the best one with as it has easy access to to beach and a beautiful view from the resort. And best part the host and staff are very very friendly and homely.

Rooms are terrible hard to find in map no doors for the washroom its only a single room without balcony

When spoke to the host he said that you leave the room and find some other place to stay. They don't even have food they were serving the food from outside which was cold and pathetic and at a very high price. The rooms were so bad they didn't had fridge although i booked a ac room the ac was not working, water supply was not proper. No room cleaning. Will never recommend this place to anyone even if it is the last place in goa to stay i will cancel my trip but not going or recommending anyone. Total disaster it was very bad.

1 cheating no proper resort they said outside food is not allowed. When i make food ordered with them. They brought from outside and charged four times the amount. We were cheated by them. I never suggested.

Nightmarish stay - filth, deception, and broken amenities this hotel is an absolute disaster. The room i booked was a far cry from the misleading photos. Not only was the flooring missing, but the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. The wc was broken, the shower was faulty with no hot water, and the mattresses were filthy. Adding insult to injury, the owner was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the state of the room. To make matters worse, they don't even have a refund policy, leaving guests stuck paying for a nightmarish experience. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place. It's a pitiful excuse for accommodation, and the deceptive advertising and appalling conditions make it a complete rip-off. Look elsewhere for a hotel that values cleanliness, honesty, and basic hospitality.

Highly recommended to enjoy your leisure time and collect many beautiful n lovely memories to cheris hospitality, location, front desk office staffs. Food was awesome. Room provided to us was fantastic. Would like to visit again. Ambience was too good. House keeping and room service was very good & the restaurant staffs and breakfast team were excellent.

it's good to go for delux room, co-operative staff. great ambience, warm service and overalll a peaceful getaway place. Beautiful view from the room. The place is sooo well maintained. Food , roomservice and the buffet dishes at all meals was par excellence👍 i will love to come here soon .

Every thing was good except the room. when we reached it was a mess there a power cut down several tyms in a day during afternoon it is very hot inside no proper ventilation the staff was very good well behaved over all the experience was on a average i have they improve on the ventilation n cleaning of the room

Yesterday i had a good hospitality and services received by om beach resort, they have very pure food and dining area was amazing, beach area is very osme, which is just front of the resort, very good and clean room and good space also, these is huge space for parking. Good staff behavior, garden is also here for chillout and make your you night special for dining in garden with is giving you feel like a queen, sunrise and sun set give you the feel out of like heavan, thanks om beach resort for such good experience.
