Review Of The Oceanic Beach Front

The property is situated in a perfect location having a clear view of the sea and beach. The rooms are spacious and the staff is full of polite and helpful people. The hospitality is elite, but some rooms need maintenance and some are as good as new. It was a wonderful experience filled with peace and sounds of waves.

We loved the view that location offers and the easy access to the beach, it's a tiny walk away. Can't get any better than this. The food that they offer is also nice. The staff was extremely flexible in helping us with early check-in and late check-out. Both imran and ravi were helpful. Our only complaint would be the location is far away from the city. So no blinkit or Instamart is available, not just that I was surprised that rapido and uber weren't available either. Only ola was available, that too you won't get any on time and cabs were expensive like asking for 16kms and the hotel had few small cockroaches in randoms places. Overall still recommended, we ended up getting a rental which made the journey smoother.

Hotel is very far. roads are broken and seems at very last of village. don't have much facilities around . just to stay that it. it didn't work for 4.5k. it max 2k. didn't have much facilities with in hotel. limited variety in breakfast. guest should not ask every time for small things like toothpaste, brush. they charged for complementary things also. no garden or open view. it didn't feel like enjoying. it like staying or time pass

We stayed in two ocean-view rooms — one on the first floor and one on the second. The second-floor room had a better view, and both had spacious balconies to enjoy the sea breeze. Located near Fisheries Road, the most enjoyable part was interacting with local fishermen — they even shared their fresh catch and spent time playing with my 4-year-old, which was heartwarming. Rajesh cooked and served us homely, delicious meals at very reasonable rates. A peaceful, authentic beachside stay with great views and local charm.

The third floor sea front room has awesome beach view from room.. it’s the best beach side hotel. The staff Ravi is also very cordial & helpful. The beach was just opp and kids enjoyed going to beach and playing. The food was good, got to try some home cooked mangalore dishes. Overall it was nice stay. My only complaint is the beach is littered with some plastic, the hotel and locals should have this cleaned since your business is dependent on the beach.

Nice experience at the hotel with family. The view from the hotel was really great. The beach is just opposite the hotel and a very decent beach to spend time with family. Parking space is available at the hotel. There is no in house kitchen, but they will help to order food from outside. Hotel staff are good and helpful, especially Ravi who was always at his toes to attend the guests. Would love to visit again.

Rooms are good, but they don't have facility to cook food or snacks. Have to order well in advance.Very little choice for vegetarians. Home cooked food was good.

we booked in 3 floor sea view room. Amazing beach view. spacious and clean bathroom. get into beach whenever you want. limited food options in hotel but you can order online. overall happy with the hotel and memories made.

Location is great. Rooms and cleanliness is average. Service is great. There is no food available so you will have to order or go to the restaurants. Nearest good restaurants are at least 30 min from the apartments. Drinking on the beach is strictly prohibited

The place looks new but the upkeep is poor. Bed sheets are worn out, roaches around the room. Haven't tried the food, hence can't comment. Good for people with tight budget needing a scenic outdoor. The beach/sea is the + side. Bang opposite.

We were given a warm welcome to the property, the rooms were clean and in a great shape. It seemed like a new property too. The views from the front facing ones were magnificent, the side view wasn't the best but had gorgeous balcony that felt like they were good enough. The issue occurred later in the evening, when we (3 girls) wanted to step out for fresh air were told we could not leave the property as it was late. The property rules (which was not included in the precheck-in information we recieved) said a few things including no beach visista post 8 pm and the host assumed we were off to beach after we repeatedly told him we needed some air and walk as we had a big meal. We left the property went on a quick walk and came back, he was arguing with us even then and told us we couldn't go to the terrace (which he said was ok before the argument. Tomorrow when we raised it with his manager, he was defensive the whole time and said since we were a group of girls, we couldn't have it the other way. If we were accompanied with a guy, things would be different. Which felt very weird and made no sense to us.

The stay is right in front of the beach. It looks good from the outside but the rooms aren't that great. The bedsheet was dirty and there were cockroaches in the room. They need to maintain the property better . There is no inhouse restaurant but you can place the order and the caretaker would get it delivered to you. The staff were good and courteous. Not a place that I would visit again.
