Location is onthe border or Panchkula so gets a little isolated and feels unsafe to step out at night. No food, my 1st 2 days washroom was not working and despite paying for a room with attached washroom I stayed in anothet

room are beautiful,everything is good .

Neat and clean rooms. However a little bit of maintenance needed. The washroom door doesn't work properly. But over all the caretaker was professional and polite.

They mentioned they will provide complimentary breakfast but didn’t do the same when we reached.

Hotel staff was good and room were cleans

There was no free breakfast

It was a good experience for me. I went to panchkula for my daughters badminton tournament at tau devilal stadium. Stay was awesome it was very close to the stadium and the staff robin found it very helpful.

Terrible behaviour of the owner. I travel-led from delhi. I informed the owner and the caretaker both that i will reach late at night. Still the caretaker slept and didnt pick any calls and was nowhere to be found. Owner picked the call but instead of helping, tried blaming me for coming late (which i informed them in advance) also i was travel-ling with my wife, 1 year old daughter and mother in law. And we had to stand on road for 1 hour at 1am. Later other guest opened the door and we went in. But only 1 room was available ( i booked 2 rooms) everything could have been better if the owner would'nt have spoken bad when he picked my call. But seems like he did'nt care once he got the money. #poor

Stay was good enough for a night and the representative was very cooperative. We found it better than many 3-4 star hotels. I will recommend this to try.

The caretaker overt-here was fully drunk. It was very uncomfortable for me to stay there.

The price is okay 1. 3k, but the rooms are bit small. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook, in the evening when we reach back to the roon the staff also cooks something, probably meat, making the whole place smell bad, like rotten eggs.

The room was on the 2nd floor. No lift was available. At the time of booking this was not mentioned. I am a senior citizen. My request to accommodate me on lower levels was not accepted.

Service apartment is conveniently located. Comfortable for family stay. Well planned and designed. I congratulate owner for beautiful planning. Some minor maintenance issues in the property other wise nice.
