Nice place to stay . Clean rooms . Cordial staff and apt location . Highly recommended.

they must clean the balconies. It's totally in bad conditions. It's difficult to stand in balcony. and also must maintained the washroom - used accessories are there.

Stay was good and property was neat and clean. I would say its a go to stay if you are in family/couple/business.

Property is spacious and lighting etc is very good. Overall comfortable experience Few things could be improved: Could be cleaned better. The blankets were extremely dirty and had hair on it. The lesser used furniture like the study table and chair had a lot of dirt and the fridge had mold

The location mentioned in the application was inappropriate and had taken me to sector 21

Our booking was done with 100% advance about 2 months back and in reaching we were told, we had no booking. After showing mail room was given. Have to wait 45 minutes.

Untrained staff. Half the lights in the corridors not working. No tea in the morning. Dirty linen piled up in the corridors. Room service absent till we left in the morning at 07:30 hrs. Waste of tax payers money. Management should be totally changed or just close it down.

Stay was excellent and all staff members cooperated. Still you can improve in blanket and towels quality.

Room service very poor. Need to keep tea kettle. It is a must.

Good property, manned by good mannered people. Friendly with pockets too.
