The location is perfect to stay close to the airport. The rooms are quite cozy and well-lit. Room service and dining is great. My only advice for improvement is that the hotel should update the menu once because although they claim they give certain food items throughout the day, while ordering, those items are not present, and if possible, they can expand their in-room dining menu. Other than that, quite a comfortable stay.

Their images are very misleading. They are NOT in Manyata tech park. I booked through MakeMyTrip and the rooms were a lot smaller in person. All the amenities listed as included in the package were "available at an extra cost". I ended up paying more and upgrading. There is no roof top dining. The pictures aren't true. The staff and the service were decent and the only saving grace was the cleanliness. Don't bother buying the lunch and dinner inclusions because they'll just send it to your room because "buffets" only happen if there are sufficient number of guests. And sometimes you might get a nice lunch and dinner and other times you'll get the same stuff in dinner as what was served in lunch- just in smaller containers. The staff was good, service was good and cleanliness was top notch and the price range I ultimately ended up paying made this something I will never try again. Not for staycations. You'll get a much better hotel with a lot more amenities for that amount. Only recommend if you need a short stay not a staycation. Oh there were power cuts too.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I faced several issues that made my experience very unpleasant: Auto Light Not Working: The automatic light function in my room was not working properly. The lights frequently cut out, causing major inconvenience and discomfort. No Support from Reception: I informed the reception about the problem, but no action was taken. The staff did not offer any help or solution, which was very disappointing. Food Not Delivered to My Room: I requested food service to my room, but it was never delivered. This added to the overall poor experience. Overall, the lack of basic maintenance and customer service was unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service for future guests.

The rooms where decently larger and it had very neat bathroom. The stay was very comfy and good value for money

Only food was not good. Apart from that the service were awesome specially the there was a boy in F&B service, alone he was handling the room service as well as restaurant

The hotel has a good ambiance, but the service is very poor. The locality is not ideal, with men drinking outside due to an MRP shop nearby. Additionally, the key holder was loose, causing a three-hour power outage in my room. When I contacted the reception, I was informed about the issue, which should have been fixed earlier.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room service and restaurant service staff was extremely polite and courteous. Breakfast and food I ordered was excellent.

Rooms were small in size, but clean. No chairs or sofa available in the room, it took plenty of time to get hot water in the toilet. Lot of water is wasted to get hot water in the taps, suggesting the owner takes action. Informed the hotel reception also.
