It was comfortable to stay in lagoon shade

We were a group of 4 men and found this property to be great value for money. The AC rooms were comfortable, and Swiggy/Zomato deliveries are available, which was super convenient. It’s also not too far from the airport. If your plan is to spend most of the day out doing activities and just need a place to sleep, this place does the job well. Just a heads-up—during power cuts, the inverter supports fans but not the AC. So it’s a good idea to keep the doors closed and the AC running beforehand to maintain the coolness. The property is slightly inside, so autos and taxis aren't always readily available nearby. We recommend getting the contact number of a cab or auto driver from any of your earlier trips for easier commuting.

The location of room is looks very near to airport. But we can't access with any transport mode easily Only we can go by climb on a narrow path. Only very healthy people access easily. Ground floor Rooms are very horrible. Lot of cockroaches. The ac make lot of noise. The only pros is we can see the airport birds view. Rent is cheap. If you book this room go second floor. It may be good.

Water was not good, may be not cleaned the water tank for long time, may be this reason, not allowed me to check the water tank.

I have booked the property since it was less than 2 km from airport, neither the people around nor the taxi was able to spot the location exactly, also there was no name board for the stay. The location was also not good. I will not suggest this home stay. Mineral water bottle provided by them are unsealed. Bathroom door that cant be closed. Proper security was not there. Receptionist was unavailable most of the time.

The hotel is in excellent place the runway is clearly seen from the balcony rooms are clean washroom is hygienic and surprisingly big Staffs are friendly in nature it’s economical and worthy

Basic hotel without any facility. Only ok if you want to stay just to k spent night before any flight with minimum tariff. They are just trying to make your pocket lighter.
