Budget AC Room near Port Blair Airport Lagoonshade

property is very near to the air port. but, its 100 -150 meters away from the ATR (ANDAMAN TRUNK ROAD) and located atop a hill. We have to climb the hill through narrow lines.

everything is good, room is very lovely, cleaning in room and common area are good. overall leaving here is price worthy. The receptionist is a very humble person

Not good experience at this hotel. Pros: 1- Full Airport Runway view(from common balcony) 2- Rooms are good at prices between 3- Around 1.6 km from Airport. Cons: 1- Pathetic Service 2- Got a room with AC not functional. After informing them, they were constantly asking to keep AC on it will cool after sometime. But even after 2 hrs no cooling found. After repeatedly asking they finally changed the room after 10 pm. No one came for any Assistance. Service is very poor.

Very well maintained well furnished excellent amenities stay at sri vijayapuram. 5 min journey from airport utkrosh dwar or auto will drop you at the homestay at 50 rs caretakers are always available if any help needed.

The room was spacious but ants on the bed and lizards on the walls. Guests in the other room were playing music at high volume and disturbing others till 2 am in the morning. Care takers has nothing to do with it. The home stay is in an isolated place and strongly not recommended if you are with female members.

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended The room did not meet expectations; the AC was not working, making the stay uncomfortable. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, the hotel did not provide it. Overall, a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Clean rooms and bathroom. Locayion is near to airport. Ac rooms. Amenities limited, no lift. Help for lifting luggage not available during early morning

The room i stayed in was very good for the given budget. Breakfast was simple and as expected. The location of the homestay was fantastic in terms of peace and tranquility away from city noise. The airport view was very good and soothing. Done.

Excellent clean property in this budget with a wonderful airport view, terrace, supportive staff. Good food. Three of us really enjoyed our stay of 6 days here as we did not care much about tv or wifi. After the breakfast and the day out, all we need is a good night's sleep in a peaceful and clean environment.

Room, bathroom is good. Helpful stuff. Only thing is bedsheet needs to be cleaned. Ac flickers to work.
