Mahira Residency

Stay in Mahira Residency was phenomenal. Both the propetier and staff are very helpful and friendly in nature. It is an excellent located property, where you can find all the tourist places and jetties nearby. It is located beside road, so very helpful for communication. Rooms and washroom are near and clean.overall a budget oriented and calm property to stay, a big 5 star from me.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The owner and caretaker both are very wonderful persons. Stay recommend.

Mahira residency is very excellent in cleanliness and staff are well supportive.

Not the place to go for if u r looking for hygiene and hospitality. Just a solo attendant to look overall, hygiene is not at par and there are mosquitoes to accompany your stay. The geyser sucks the bedsheets are unwashed. The reception is always unoccupied u always have to go find the receptionist in and around. The intercom given is just for show

Easy to access had a wonderful stay at this place. Hygiene was well looked after room was neat and the staff was very cooperative.

We had a great stay in the hotel. Rooms are spacious & clean with all the necessary amenities like ac, wardrobe, sofa, geyser, refrigerator, etc. We have been welcomed with a chilled fruit drink. The staffs were also very polite and cooperative. Food quality was also very nice. From every aspect it is value for money.

Enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are fine with clean and big bathrooms. Their ms p however is their service. Owner nasir is very courteous and humble and the caretaker sanjay is very polite and always there to help you. I pre-booked my meal and was surprised by the food i got. It was tasty and enough for 4 person although we were just two. Overall 5 star for their hospitality.

The location is the best, easy to get to it. Excellent rooms great hygiene hasle free checkin great staff and great rooms.

Stay was good, staff is also good but they don't have own fooding for lunch and dinner. They provide breakfast.

Hats off to the staff and owner for their service and hospitality. We felt like it was a real home away from home - right from pick up and drop to water activities to planning where else to visit on the island, nasir sir and the staff was super helpful in everything. I am very satisfied with the services and real value for money

Leaking washrooms. The host says it will leak as it is raining outside. The rooms stink of humidity and moisture. The ac remote was not available in the room. We asked and got it but we realised that the batteries were dead. The shower handle was lying somewhere else. Overall it was a terrible experience. Please don't choose this property even if this is the last available one in port blair. Better go to cellular jail and sit in the lobby

This place has only 6-8 rooms most of them were occupied by navy personal as long stay guest's. Feels more like a bachelor's place and would not recommend for couples. The host is good and responsive but you wouldn't fell like staying at the property as a couple.

It's beside off vijay nagar beach, and hotel room, food and staff is very nice for activities. Thank you ashraf bhai and your staff. Mr. Ashraf is arranged & provide pickup and dropping, provide two wheeler also it's very nice resorts.

It was a fantastic stay at the Port Blair trip. The location was very peaceful and calm. The room was also so cozy and spacious. The staff was also so very humble and cooperative. The food was awesome. The property was suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to others.

I went with my wife, the hotel is situated near to Ferry Point and approx 5 km from airport, the rooms are very clean and staffs are really very cooperative and lastly, the owner of the house, Abdul Nasir is very helpful guy. He helped us to plan our trip, recommend to book this hotel without any hesitation.
