location is good as it is very close to haddo jetty. standard non ac rooms are filthy. fungus on wall, ceiling, chair, sheets, and toilet was very very dirty. room was stinky. they provided a very thin mattress. they only sprayed a very strong room freshner and phenyl in the bathroom but didn't clean it. I took an upgrade to deluxe room and it was good and toilet was very clean. but as we already had bad experience we were very skeptical with their sheets, blankets, kettle etc. during power cut complete rooms goes dark. they provided normal colorful blankets and pillows. not the ones as provided in any decent hotel. their restaurant was not operational as their cook was on leave. their bar was operational throughout the day flooded with men.

Though the reception looks awesome don’t get fooled by looking at its reception. Bathrooms are not cleaned at all from a long time. If you ask they will not clean thoroughly. Not maintained as shown in the pictures. Not Recommend
