I had very bad experience here that compelled me to write this review. First and foremost this is a homestay and not hotel perse and there services pales in comparison to most ordinary hotels. The word hospitality is non existant.The owner is very rude and starts downright fight with you. I had a breakfast included booking from makemytrip. When I called up for the same then I was informed that only maggi and poori sabji is available and for anything else you should have called a night before. We did so but that conversation was not even acknowledged and outrightly denied in the morning. Moreover the rooms are on 3rd or 4th floor without lift. The drain jaali or trap of bathroom meant for water drainage was kept at side and was open and it was smelly. Since we had to stay only for 1 night and leave next morning we ignored this issue and place the jali by hand over ther drain. This itself was enough to leave a bad taste in the mouth.The only acceptable aspect of this hotel is proximity to main areas and all rest of the aspects are terrible.I can honestly say that this was my worst experience at any hotel in decades.

The room size was fine but the service was terrible. There is no such welcome drinks as mentioned on our voucher. They informed the tea kit was welcome drink. The complimentary breakfast was ordered at 8 am and it came at 9.30 am. That too cold breakfast and was below the mark. My wife got acidity after having the food. It was the last day of the tour and they messed up. They don’t have lift facilities and the shortage of staff . The luggage came to the room very late.

The location and view shown during online booking were not actual. The room was neat but there was no staff. The room was not cleaned every day. The owner did not pay attention. The overall experience was not good.

The property owner/manager is very careless. We were mentioned welcome with a drink. When we reached there wasn’t even a reception desk. No fan regulator. Power went off at night and we had to sleep without AC as there was no power backup. For getting an extra pillow we had to call the manager 4 times. He wouldn’t just answer the calls. Terrible terrible experience

Had a great stay at the hotel! The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly , especially Shafique, the hotel owner, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Good and neat room overall. Good food option nearby, in hotel kitchen was closed when I was there. Maybe the water pressure in the washroom can be increased a bit.

First let me tell about the pros of this stay. The location was amazing, it's within walking distance from Aberdeen bazar and is literally located in the center of Port Blair. Our hostess was very cooperative and understanding. She tried to help us as much as she could and always had a smile on her face. The rooms were spacious, airy and well maintained, there was a humongous bathroom. The balcony offered a good view of the sea. Now about the cons. The caretaker of the property was rude and not unattentive, he tried to put us up in a ground floor apartment, inspite of the fact that we had booked a sea view room. He refused to serve us lunch when we called him directly, but on calling our hostess ma'am she took our lunch order right away. If not for the caretaker guy, our stay would have been perfect.

The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm and professional service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

I booked for one day stay. Hotel is near to market. Room is ok for one day stay.

I book sea facing room but they charge for the room telling that you booked wrong room. I showed my booking details still they charge 2k for upgradation. Not any kind of room service available. Pls book at your own risk.
