The property was decent and the staff was very friendly. The only thing which bothered me was that the stairs from the road to the property reception were too narrow. There should be a lift for entering the property.

Staff behaviour was pathetic , don’t know how to speak and how to behave - AC do not work at all you have to sleep in hot don’t prefer this stay they charge for non AC room & worst experience

The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making check-in a breeze. Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and well cared for throughout my stay. The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches like high-end toiletries, and a breathtaking view from the balcony. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Perfectly located in the heart of the city—everything was within walking distance! Clean rooms, great service, and a fantastic experience overall. Highly recommend!
