Property: Overall Property is good. Bathroom had less space. Location: Location was good. Facilities: Staff was not there to take care of luggage. Deluxe room was on second floor and there was no lift and no support staff.

The manager Sudip is very generous and good boy( bengali) and always a phone away. overall staying is good Location was pretty good just besides main road. Adi bengali hotel which serves good bengali food is just a walkable distance and a non veg resturant is located its neighbors. Haddo jetty is located away 2.5km approx which costs around 150Rs in autorickshaw. The manager of the hotel Sudip is a generous and was just a call away. Overall stay was good.

The property was decent and the staff was very friendly. The only thing which bothered me was that the stairs from the road to the property reception were too narrow. There should be a lift for entering the property.

Staff behaviour was pathetic , don’t know how to speak and how to behave - AC do not work at all you have to sleep in hot don’t prefer this stay they charge for non AC room & worst experience
