Bathroom was stinking and while i had 25% offer on food u was denied after showing the booking with offer , later i needed to call mmt to clarify it

Great location. The bathroom and room were really clean. Service was prompt and nice. Food quality could be improved a bit. overall great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was convenient, the food was delicious, and the amenities were well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional service. Their hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The location is good. The rooms are small but clean. The food was very, very average. The quality was okay but they served cold food with limited options for both dinner and breakfast. The service of the hotel was good but the restaurant staff was a bit slow Rest of the Staff was polite.

It’s a must visit property. Loved the way they treat their guest. Even the rooms are quite spacious, rooms looks exactly same as shown in the pictures. Close to main market. Very clean and safe place. 1.8 Km from jetty and nearly 2 km from airport.

The property was good, well maintained but cleanliness was not upto the mark. there was dust in the room on all furnitures. When room cleaning was done, my bedsheet was not changed and they used the same one only again after neatly arranging it. There was always some pungent smell in the bathroom. There were not much options for breakfast in buffet. Always chole bhature. No fruits were available. They should work on this. One complimentary meal was good, sufficient quantity but the taste was not that great. Overall stay was comfortable and the staff is very cooperative specially the manager, Mr Veera. He was always ready to help. They also helped my friend in planning a surprise by decorating my room on my birthday, which was awesome.

Clean rooms but small bed. Toiletries could be much better. Breakfast had very limited options all of which were pretty salty. Lunch on the other hand was good.

Had a great stay. Food was fantastic. The hotel’s room was clean and big. Had all modern amenities. Would love to stay here again.

The room and bathroom was clean but the bathroom was smelling very bad. Informed room service about it but they couldn’t resolve it. And breakfast was included in the meal but it was not a buffet option it was served on table. The food option for breakfast was very limited.

They said there was some issue with the rooms due to smell and shifted us to a random hotel. Refused to give us a refund also.

Property is really good and near to the market and every other sightseeing. Hotel staff were cooperative and helpful. The food was very bad, very poor quality.

2days trip. I was surprised that being a small property was centrally located and rooms were spacious with all modern amenities. Their resturant also had a sumptuous menu and two meals there. Tasty food. Value for money. Centrally located. Recommend fellow travellers.

It’s very good hotel and good staff. It looks better than shown in images, i would suggest to anyone to stay here for 1 or 2 days

Bell elite is an well maintained hotel with nice staff. One will get a feel of five star hotel with reasonable price. Food quality is good. Price is as expected in good hotels.
