Review Of AASHIAANAA RESIDENCY INN

Location was good but rooms were not clean..there was dust everywhere.. no hot water.. no soap.. no blanket and towel.. and bedsheets were so dirty that I got rashes..and there were ants roaming on the bedsheets

I stayed with five family members in two rooms, but the experience was disappointing. The rooms were small, dirty, and not in the actual hotel we had booked — we were shifted to a different house instead. In Room No. 2, the AC wasn’t working, the washroom was unclean, and the bedsheet was torn. One of the rooms given to us was actually a staff room, which had a very congested washroom and a torn bedsheet as well. Overall, the accommodation was unhygienic and far below expectations, making our stay very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.

Bathroom condition very poor. LED not working (while I ask for tv the attendant simple say “ sir ye kharab h”. No wifi access (every time we have to go to the reception along with mobile for WiFi and its daily process if we want to use WiFi). I booked deluxe AC room for 2 adults and 2 children after reaching the reception the attendant told me that there is no provision for extra bed they will provide only extra mat but there is no space for extra mat. If we want to use geyser then every time we have to ask at reception for power on of reception because power of geyser’s controlled from outside. No other facilities available on this hotel like cloth stand, hanger for clothes, even any basic requirements.

Nice service and polite behaviour of staff. well cleaniness of rooms and surrounding. location is also good for stay.

All is available in reach staff corporate fully in all time. Aal is available in nearby aashiyana inn scooty & byke is also available in the propertyby rental.

I was put up in another building away from the property/ hotel in the basement . TV was nonfunctional/Wifi nonfunctional./unhygienic linen 😇😳Bathroom with mosquitoes /No attendant

Hotel staff are good. Amenities are average. Overall a good experience in staying.

Owner of the hotel is very good. There hospitality is good. I asked for auto they immediately provided the auto. More over there food is also good.

nice homestay,near to the government ferry booking centre. although at night,there is some electricity issues and loadshedding for 30 mints but it is budget stay, so we have to some extent of compromise 🙂

Very poor service and room condition also very bad. You will not get any restaurant near by. You will even not get tea also

1st floor rooms are good but otherwise rooms are lacking in cleanliness. Receptiin area is very dark. Receptionist lady was kind and supportive but survent was so arogant.

No cleanliness, no basic arrangment, small room, dirty bad, no one for welcome, carry your own luggage yourself. Poor management.
