HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!we reached the hotel at 12.45pm, we had to wait for 1 hour before we got our room, the room was dirty(bedsheets & pillow covers had stains and dirt). The floor was filled with hair all around and had a foul smell in the room. I rang them to clean it they said they are coming to change the bedsheet but nobody came till 10.30 pm at night( after repeated calling). Another thing is no hotel staffs stays in the hotel , you have to call so that they can come. also, they disconnected the call repeatedly when we were asking them to clean the room. nobody can sleep in blood stained bedsheets. The toilet door didn't have a lock, the toilet seat wasn't clean. LACK of CLEANLINESS. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Not a good property. Person not available on reception at all. Breakfast not available till 8 am by the time we left the hotel. tried reaching the person mobile number but no one picked up. No cleanliness of pillow or bed sheets.

this hotel is. not good and cleaning is very poor catagory, please don't stay this hotel,this very near air port

poor arrangement... no hygiene, no food. not recommended for long stay.. near by places are far.. staff is not available

The rooms are pathetic. No electricity and general cleaning. It's not recommended

Electricity cuts are frequent and for long duration. No inverter facility was available

1. Reception persons behavior is worst. 2. Running water was not available till 8 O clock in the morning. 3 . you must be a good singer for having a bath in this hotel, coz bathroom lock is not in working condition 4. You have to wake up the reception boy by finding his room . if you still wish to visit this hotel I am sharing his room details, he stays on 2nd floor last room . if you don't want to destroy a beautiful holiday morning by arguing don't visit. Another important point to be noted, if you still book this hotel save the contact no of the owner,though the reception shares his contact details that number he keeps his mobile switched off during urgency .

Only one staff i should appreciate saif azmi behavior. That boy is very good in nature. I wish him all the best in life.

The place is undoubtedly good, be it cleanliness, accessibility, etc......but the main concern here is the staff is never at the reception......there is not even a single person standing in the reception 24/7. There's only a card left on the counter with name and phone number for the person to contact.......The moment I arrived there was nobody at the counter I had to call him and inform that I have arrived, secondly I booked a deluxe room with complimentary breakfast.......I stayed here for 3 nights not even a single day I received my breakfast.....on enquiring they said it'll be served from tomorrow onwards which never came also the room given to me was a standard room not even a deluxe ......there are two different prices listed one is for standard room and another is for deluxe, when you are not able to provide a deluxe room it's better to only show one type of room.

The room was good. And the location is near by airport. The caretaker for the hotel was very nice and good person, to helpful. But the disappointed from the make my trip. They charge me extra 500 rupees for that room. On the day of check in i randomly check the room rate of same hotel, that was showing 500 less those i booked 2 weeks before.

It was just enough for my basic needs. There was not any major issues with the room but yes as a couple we felt there was nothing too nice as well.

Such a nice stay here. Very good food places near by. Kolkata sweets, icy spicy ( had great lunch there) just a shop infront what a great breakfast parotha, puri, vada and special tea( everything is very reasonable. Just 400 meter from airport as didn't want to sit as 5-5 hour sitting. Had a walk with trolley bag

Location of hotel is very near to airport, walkable distance of 500 mtr. But rooms are too small for a family. Caretaker was very promt. Geyser was not working, he provide kettle for hot water immediately. Bathroom door lock was not working. Ac remote was not working. Overall for single person may be good.

Its a good place to stay for a while nice rooms, only issue was water flow was low rest everything is good, not suggest for a couple but stay if no problem, its a decent stay in middle of the market and nearby airport. The best thing is wine shop is next to the stairs

Comfortable and Pleasant stay, Room cleanliness & Service are excellent.Only 0.9 km to airport,Oposite very good reasonable priced bakkery and sweet stalls with high standard quality are added plus point. South indian restaurant, Temples are in walkable distance.

Pleasant for family stay. Good service. Helpful staff. Location is just 800m away from airport. Worth the stay

Hotel was average, but there is no staff and manager at hotel, you have to wait, they dont pick any call, even not call back from them, so my experience is average.

I have booked for room with breakfast. But they gave me a coupon and asked me to go to one shop to have breakfast. And that shop was closed. Very pathetic experience.

Location is closer to the airport with good locality and connectivity. Veg rest adjacent provides very good food. Friendly staff and prompt.

Rooms are small. Breakfast is average. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Overall, good for short stay.
