Excellent support

Service was good. Room view was blocked. Staff were friendly. For a no frills overnight stay it is ok.

Nice budget hotel with all basic amenities. The breakfast menu could be a bit elaborate. It was very basic with only 1 or 2 items in the option

Rooms were not clean toiletries were not provided and also flush was not working properly food service was slow food was not good we included breakfast during booking, breakfast has very limited option hardly 3 and even it was not tasty at all

The overall arrangement was good and whenever you will be in port blair, i recommend to go with this hotel.

Though hotel has small area but facilities and services provided are good and a very quick and good response is given by the staff specially rakesh on the reception desk.

There was no hot water. Towels were not clean. Bedsheets were also not clean washrooms were not presentable. Flush was not working, towel stand was broken.

Grand paradise changed my accommodation to other hotel, which had a bad bed, non working ac, poor breakfast. We did not had proper sleep
