Good stay with good facilities

Room is awesome and specious. Receptionist was helpful. Food on demand was also available there.

Location is very good. Hotel is neat and clean. It is near by to main bus stand. Food of this hotel is very tasty and delicious. Overall stay is good. Staff are very good. Supporting.

Location wise it is excellent. Near to Cellular jail. This is the only positive point of this hotel. Otherwise all are negative. Room facilities are poor. Telephone set is available, but no connection. TV is there but not working. AC is there in AC room, but in case of no electrical supply, it will not work. Only fan will work with DG set supply. Bathroom floor is also not even, water is getting collected in corners. Staff is also not supportive. Staff should have knowledge of city site scenes. Near to this hotel, one temple is there, where on 11. 12. 2017 one party was going on with DJ sound up to 2315 hrs. Could not sleep.

All the rooms are on 1st floor so with elders its a tough nut to crack. Rooms facing sun are being renovated and rooms in shadows are smelly and mushy. It also gives negative vibes. No WiFi. Clean water is not available despite having restraint. Asking the staff to get clean water, he brought jug from water cooler and on checking, there is fly in it. Just to extort money hotel associations have decided advance booking full payment so that guest have to live there and whether he likes it or not.

Very poor experience. Cleanliness, Hygiene Drinking Water nothing was as expected. Even taste of food was not satisfactory. Only behaviour of the staff was a bit consolable. Not recommended at all as stay was not worth money.

Room was not so clean and no electricity back up. We took AC room but we could not use it half of our stay. Moreover staff are not so cooperative I suggest all to take non AC room as it wont be useful ...

Location is the best all are near to the hotel. Hotel staff are helpful they provide how much they can. Room ventilation is very bad for non AC. Cleaning is not properly done. Cockroaches disturb in night

Hotel looked dirty from outside. But interior is good. We stayed there for 3 days. The staff was cooperative. Location is very good. Very near to the bus station, bazaar and boat station. Good restaurants are nearby.

Very good hotel and location of this hotel is center of the city and walk able distance to Bus Stand and Market. For Foo ding Small Restaurant /Big Restaurant is available nearby. Room is Clean & neat. Service is also Good. Sight Seeing places are nearby.

Very good hotel and location of this hotel is also nice. So I recommend this hotel to stay whether you are single or family it's a very good hotel ... I stayed here for 4 days. But foo ding not so good in this hotel restaurant you have to go outside for food. Overall it is a good hotel

It's in the main area, but rooms all are old only, they are trying to maintain it by cleaning regularly ... All the places are near by like, Cellular Jail, GB Pant Hospital, Bus Station, Maraine Dockyard, Business Enterprises, Food Hubs, Shopping, Temples, etc .. Overall it is in the centre place with a nice Veg Restaurant by name Hotel Kattabomman, but all little bit expensive than Mainland ...

Information given to us regarding free WiFi in lobby and rooms was false. They didn't have WiFi service. This disappointed me a lot. Please update that information. Also there was a problem regarding booking confirmation as hotel people didn't receive any confirmation from your side. I had to go to a net cafe and bring print out of voucher to show them.

All conditions like location and connected with all facilities like bus, taxi, food hotels are very nearby and market is near to all the sightseeing places are nearer to this hotel, staff are good.

Hotel is on the 1st floor and difficult to carry luggage without lift. The hotel is an old one with zero extra facilities. Hotel is on 1st floor. No lifts. A/c are broken. Curtains are turned. Restaurant and food is pathetic.

The hotel was value for money but the staff was very rude. When we reached the they refused booking. Talked with disrespect, said we didn't confirm and don't care what make my trip booking said, we can cancel unless you pay more.

Arrogant hotel manager. Doesn't know the basics of an online booking. Not ideal for couples and families. Very old building. Unclean washrooms. The staff behaviour is worse and they do not respect the customers.
