Review Of Hotel Star Paradise

Hotel stay was okish however staff was not cooperative as we asked for early breakfast as we had to board early flight which they didn't. Washroom was not clean and accessories in bathroom were very old.

Our whole tour was very enjoyable except stay at Hotel Star Paradise. I'm writing this because we were given a room which is too small and half of the room are blocked by large pillar as there is extention of roof beyond that. We are not able to move freely and bed is like Bangla only for 2 person. It was impossible to accommodate our 1 year baby during night stay. When we contacted manager, they told they don't have any room having king size bed. No safety at room as large glass window doesn't have locked and fortunately we realised before fell down from 2nd floor. Staff are just like don't care about you.

Hotel is nice. The view of sea is awesome from window. Food was nice we like fish curry with rice.

Sea view was great. Rooms were clean. Food was cheap.

I had reservation of 4 room. 2 rooms (room no 302, 305) card lock was not functioning, key way given to access on a card locking door. Room 302 had a mirror with large spots on it, quite shabby. Room 305s ac was not cooling, room 301s calling bell switch was cracked, one needs to puch+press to ring it. Room 301s fridge was not working. Room 301s flush will keep on running unless you pull it out to stop flowing water. No rooms had handwash in washrooms. No room had a functioning bolt to lock the door, my 3 years old daughter was opening the door repeatedly to go out, toddler's parents must avoid such room as they may sneak out of room at night. Pros: staff was cordial welcome drink was offered rooftop restaurant has good sea view food was average in taste

They don’t allow smoking inside your room even. Rooms are not like hotel they are very very basic which a good traveller won’t like. More bad then a normal house. Service even isn’t upto the mark and hospitality misses.

I would rate star paradise 5, had an amazing stay here. Loved the overall experience n will be visiting here once in a while. Hospitality, services, location, food, staff all our a kind of best

The service apartments are located 15 mins away from the airport near the unkal lake. Check in was smooth and hassle free, apartment was clean and organized. Only issue was that towels were not provided but then it was not such a big deal as we were carrying our own. Many food options available through zomato or you can cook your own food with the appliances provided. There is a general store nearby for all daily needs. Overall the stay was pleasant and i would recommend it for short and long stays.

The sea is visible from some of the rooms. The property is located at a serene neighbourhood and the menu is limited but very tasty food. They can improve the breakfast which has very limited options.

I stayed at this place on aug 14. View from room was stunning and again happy to choose this place and will recommend to my friends

We landed in pb and wanted a 1 night stay before proceeding to havelock. Star paradise was a perfect stay. Clean rooms and helpful staff.
