They helped us with cab bookings, ensured a steady supply of breakfast, and even prepared a homemade dinner and next day breakfast as it is not mention in the room allotment for us when my friend wasn't feeling well after our journey. What struck me most was the genuine warmth and kindness of the entire team at Sea Pearl Homestay. They truly understand the needs of their guests and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Good hospitality. But our family suite didn't had exhaust in the washroom, causing smell.

Hygienic conditions of rooms and washrooms is below standard and overcharged. Even breakfast was included in my booking but hotel had denied it. Pathetic experience.

Very kind and resourceful host, helped with travel-ling also. Wifi working well and is close to pheonix bay jetty. Rooms are good and beds are large enough to fit 3.

One of the best homestay in Port Blair. It is located in main area. Jetty is also nearby. Rooms are neat and clean, and the best part of this homestay is the Owner. He is well behaved and provide best homely stay. He helped me in best possible way. His wife is also a very nice host and good cook. Food was home cooked and delicious 😋. I enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel's name was changed to pearl ocean resort. So it is very confusing for travellers to identify the stay. The hotel didn't have a good outside look but it's rooms were of good quality. A little less hygiene was being maintained as we found some cockroaches when the extra beds were being added. And finally the hotel's location was a little misplaced in google maps. Overall the stay was a not bad stay with a rating of 2. 5 out of 5.

There were big coakroches on the bed. Hygiene was poor.Geyser facility is not proper. Bucket was broken . No towels were provided. Location wad good.
