Bad owner, good roo
The owner is not at all friendly. If you are using his provided tour package then it's ok for him, else he will not tell even a single stuff that maybe helpful for your travel plan. You cannot even have food in the room. This is slightly outside the city area as well.

Dear Guest, I'm a very friendly and helpful person as can be checked on hundreds of other reviews. But I'm not a mind reader, I asked you on check-in if you need any help kindly text or call me. Also I'm running a business and not a charity, so yes I tend to the customer who will take more services from me, there is nothing wrong in this, it's called customer service. Also we ask all our guests to use the common Dining Room for eating. We request all our guests not to eat in the room because if the food will fall on the bedsheet or towel we would have to charge you extra for the cleaning, which we don't want to do. So we suggest all our guests to use the common Dining Room which has Dining Table and chairs. As for location, Our Homestay is 6 kms from the Airport, 10 kms from Phoenix Bay Jetty and 13 kms from Haddo Jetty, now this is public information that you can also search on Google Maps. So please make informed decisions from next time, if you want someplace near to the Airport, please search the place on Google map and book accordingly. Once booked we can not relocate our property as per your convenience.

Incorrect address, food, hygiene & hospitality
The address says it is near the Pahargoan fire station. We had our booking here on the day we returned to Port Blair from Neil Island. From Port Blair jetty it took our auto driver around 1. 5 hrs to find this place. Please note, there was no Pahargoan fire station anywhere in the close location. We called the host and asked the driver to understand the location. But the host kept telling me it is near that fire station. This place is actually close to Bathu Basti and on the opposite side of Invent Public School (Garacharama). So if you book here, tell your driver to take you to Invent Public School near Bathu Basti. Once you reach the school you'll find a road going downhill. Walk down the road and call your host. Things to keep in mind before booking (sharing as per my experience. So take your own decision) pros: 1) airport is not far from the guesthouse. 2) property is away from the crowd. 3) property was clean. Cons: 1) all major locations like Corbyn's cove beach, Aberdeen market (the main market of Port Blair, jetty, cellular jail, etc are around 8 km away. 2) don't expect to find multiple options to eat out here because there is only one market close to the guesthouse which is Bathu Basti (15 mints by auto-rickshaw. You'll find more bakeries than any restaurant serving proper meals in this market. 3) didn't find the host hospitable. Breakfast was included in the cost and so was served on next morning. But the host didn't come even once after serving to know if we need anything else. I understand and expected to bear extra cost for extra food/beverages but the host didn't bother to ask. 4) Throughout the trip to Andaman no hotels/guest house asked for aadhar card. But the host asked us for aadhar details. Don't know why. So better carry your aadhar card. 5) There is no free airport transfer. We had our flight the next morning. The host offered to drop us at the airport but he'll charge 300. We found auto-rickshaw outside on half-rate i. e, 150 from guest house to airport.

Dear Guest, (1) Our Homestay is 6 kms from the Airport, 10 kms from Phoenix Bay Jetty and 13 kms from Haddo Jetty, now this is public information that you can also search on Google Maps. (2) Auto Drivers are not known for their Honesty, at times they will take longer route so they can charge you extra, any smart person would keep Google maps open. (3) As per Government rules we are required to take Photo IDs issued by the Govt of India that should have two things: 1. Photo of the person who the ID belongs to 2. ID should have the address of the person who the ID belongs to. Now you were giving us PAN card which does not have any address mentioned on it. So as per the rules we can't accept that (4) You visited our place just after Covid Lockdowns, there were a lot of stringent rules we had to follow during this period. Yes I did not came to cask anything after serving the breakfast but you could have called or texted if you needed anything extra at that time. (5) No budget property in Port Blair provides Free Airport Pick-up or Drop. Price of Auto will always be lower than that compared with a cab, that is a fact for any part of the world you travel to. If you want even cheaper option Busses also available for Airport which will cost (₹15 - ₹20) per person. I hope this answers all your Questions. Also we would apologies on behalf of the Auto Drivers.
Wonderful stay, very nice host
This is a small sparkling clean homestay facility with all necessary amenities. Host ashish is a very generous and helpful human being. I stayed for 2 nights and it was a peaceful setup. Breakfast was very nice and ac works just fine. Property also provides free airport shuttle which comes in very handly. Owner is super responsive and helpful. I recommend this place if you looking for such place in port blair nearby airport. P. S- smoking, alchohol, non-vegetarian things are not allowed so suit yourself accordingly.

Pleasant stay
The property was very nice and beautiful. The room was nice and comfortable. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. The property was very neat and clean. The location was good, but a bit far from the Airport. The owner was also very helpful.

Comfortable stay
The surrounding area of the property was very good, peaceful and calm. The room was spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff was so helpful and cooperative. They provide very good service. Cleanliness and facilities were so good. Suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to others.

Wonderful property and extremely good hospitality
It was our family trip and we had a great experience there. It was a new, well-maintained property. The main highlighted thing was the host, Mr. Asish. He helped me with many things. The host knows how to deal with the guests. The rooms were clean, spacious and well furnished. The location was easily accessible. We experienced great hospitality over there. It must be recommended to others.
