Staff wasn't co operative at all There firstly tried giving us normal room instead of super deluxe which we booked. after i insisted that i have booked for super deluxe, then only they gave us right room. No room service provided. Instead of having bar in restaurant they denied me liqour too.

The room slippers were so dirty that it was evident that they were reused so many times. This is far from the city Center, the airport, and every other attraction.

There was a hand-washing bottle with absolutely no hand wash. The room slippers were so dirty that it was evident that they were reused so many times. For inr 5-6k stay this was terrible. Side note: this is far from the city center, the airport, and every other attraction.
