Review Of Seven Seas Dream Castle | Balcony Rooms with Wifi

First I would like to talk about the positive aspects of the hotel! The staff is very polite and helpful. They respond to the help you need, be that helping with getting an auto or a two wheeler for rent, packing breakfast early morning so that you don't have to travel hungry to catch your ferry! Coming to the part where I was not happy about is the rooms! The room I had booked was supposed to have a good view with a balcony! The room I got was very decent and not so cleanly maintained! There was a balcony but it was only for formality! It was soo small which had no view! The view from the room was a garbage dump!!! There was weird pungent smell coming from the washroom! Also the room smells of the naphthalene balls probably to avoid cockroaches! But the smell is too strong! The bedsheet and the blankets were not clean! It had blood stains on them. Ofcourse the staff helped to replace them, but that should have been done before we checked in as it made us very uncomfortable! The food provided in the dinner was average! Lastly for the price you pay, the room provided was not worth it.

Terrible smell in bathrooms and rooms which never goes. Breakfast was bad. Made us wait for check in 1 hour in heat.
