Rooms clean. Bathroom nice. Staff friendly and efficient. We didn't have food this time so can't comment on the kitchen. But we'll book here again in the future.

Properly is good however staff service needs drastic improvement. Also the hotel tend to be too much money minded which is an issue. Food is good with reasonable rates. Rooms are also having issue of stink and bathroom is hot having hot water.

Towel was not available until I had to call for same

the location of the hotel is very un confirtable place where person can't leave the hotel outside on road and also in the hotel room there service not maintain well there is totaly i don;t like the hotel and room service are not there evrything is missing charging socket is breaked there is worst condition in room or room is not maintained

I paid for a deluxe room proced at 2500/- but it was quite small & average only.No parking space , though bed & washroom were neat.no mini bar or bar of hotel in room as mentioned. All in all...room not worth price..also not advisable for family as not on main road & low amenities.

Most third rated Hotel I ever stayed at. The first day after a few hours of my check-in the lift failed. all the 3 days I have to walk through the stairs. The bathroom was smelling, after compiling nothing happened. I don't recommend anyone to stay

Decent place for an overnight stay. Not the best place for families. Would recommend solo travellers.

Very bad bedding clothes as bed sheet or pillos & room conditions, are more enough this type of Room

Room is clean, but pols book any taxi directly and not thru hotel, the hotel manager charge double and without receipt too.

Location was ideal for me which was close to the airport. Had a good, simple spread of breakfast. Well maintained rooms and wash room.

Staff was not supportive they were shouting on each other in front of us. Needs to take care about proper cleanliness of linen

room just like a 1500 rs.. only positive thing was clean bathroom, otherwise 2800 rs is not worth for this type of hotel.....

The hotel was comfortable check in process was smooth and seamless. Clean rooms as a suggestion if we can have a wiper in washroom as it gets dirty after shower. And better amenities in washroom (soap and all) thank you

Water heater not working, towels not clean, no room heater room help walking in with their shoes on wasn't a good experience

The lift was not working properly. I had to climb 3 floors everytime.

It is a good. Hotel is clean. Hotel staff is also good and supportive. Hotel location is also good. I like to stay in this hotel from last 5 years.
