Excellent Stay
I stayed at Hotel Kingston near the Gurudwara and Railway Station from 31st Oct to 2nd Nov. The location is excellent, very convenient for travelers. The property was clean and well-maintained. Staff members were polite and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The room was comfortable with all basic facilities in good condition. Food quality was decent and served on time. Overall, a pleasant and value-for-money stay in Ranchi.

Poor Stay
Room is spacious but hygiene is not maintained , bedsheets were soiled and dirty. Will not prefer for families and couples Location is not good. She you open the window the view is horrible with the place looking like a red light area ..Food is not so good and there was no variety

Good stay at a reasonable price
Very reasonable stay and a satisfied one. All Staffs especially Rohit is very cooperative. Only drawbacks are rooms are little smelly but once complained they clean them immediately

Terrible Stay
Listed facility not available and room also not provided as i booked deluxe toiletries, mineral water, tv, kettle, air conditioning, telephone, bathroom, chair, closet, iron/ironing board, work desk, hot & cold water. Toilet is not clean, this is full cheating with customer. Fan is not working ac is also not working, very terrible experience. Very bad experience. What is the update regarding the hotel. Still i am facing the issue

Room & toilet was clean but bed sheet & pillow cover was little bit dirty. Room service was also good & staffs were also good. Food quality is average & price is ok.Wardrobe was not cleaned properly. Overall a good stay.
