The rooms were excellent, highly hygienic, very good staff, excellent food. The location is at the center and at an excellent place. One of the best hotels in the city. Highly recommended.

No bathtub was not working. Food was horrible order food in room they changed 900 thts horrible. Overall bad experience

Hotel is very old unmaintained property. Just after check in they were not able to provide good room. Changed 3 rooms on very first day. All rooms have Dead phones, dead televisions, Bed bugs found and video shared with hotel staff. Comforters are in bad condition. Not at all recommended to anyone.

Accommodation and food are very good, staff behavior, room quality everything is very good.

The hotel was old, unfinished walls, no jacuzzi, bath tub was extremely dirty, no wifi, TV did not work properly, stiff mannered staff. Except the food, everything else seems to be terrible.

Room was not neat and clean and very smiley and was asked for room freshner and fragrance but was not attend. After waiting for more than a hour, I was getting down the front desk and asked for that. Location is good but not maintained well to the room.

The TV was not working because they had some issues with the satellite dish and it was not a smart TV so couldn't watch anything using Ott. The washroom was big and had a bathtub also but it was not in working condition.

Food quality is ok and room sizes are big and front office staff behaviour is also very polite.. I recommend this property.

Terrible service and awful rooms—no proper drainage system, and cleanliness is nonexistent. This hotel deserves a zero rating.

Nice hotel with big campus ,had my lunch and dinner outside ,so cant comment on food .there is one alepi cafe (open 24/7),serves good sandwich and pasta .

Please save your money and some other place. I've had better service experience in literally tents in the middle of a desert. Basic things like room slippers, hairdryer and a telephone in the room (yes you read it right) were missing and weren't provided even after multiple requests. The room was super dusty because the window panes were broken and since there was no telephone in the room for every small thing I had to go down the lobby and the walking area outside the room was smelling like a washroom. Glass pane was Missing in the washroom and the room doesn't even have a single mirror. oh yeah also no charging points on either side of the bed?

Rooms were good and cozy. Ambience it's ok. But washrooms were not upgraded and showers not good. House Keeping and others phones were not attended. Payment option for Corporate Cards not available so be attentive. Service staffs are of very poor as they have no decency as per the requirement and Hotel class.

Poor staff selection. And very poor hospitality. Hot water not available in the shower. It was a Waste to spend on the suite.

1. no valet parking. had to park to car by myself. 2. ⁠staff was unprofessional 3. ⁠had ordered hakka noodles. taste not good 4. ⁠hot water nit readilly available. had to keep tap open for 10 minutes running. 5. ⁠was told that breakfast would start at 8 am. but it was not ready even by 8.15. had to leave without having breakfast even though i had already paid for it.

Service is very poor and all room small like close from long days.

It was nice. Food is also good. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites even the airport was close. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a pleasant stay. Check out was 11 am, but they allowed till 12. 00 noon. There are bath tub in room, but no water connection, so tub can not b used. In room dining facility availed, but quality of food not upto the mark, looks like burnt oil is reused for cooking. No facility for driver to stay.

Very late response on the requests from the front desk. Arrogant and egoistic staff behaviour. Never coming back here
