Poor Stay
on a business trip, i didnt get the wakeup call..no normal laundry facility, only on alternate dys, had to checkout despite having confirmed bkng. for the 2nd day. no redressal system..troublesome stay.

Good Stay
It was probably the third time to stay in the Hotel. The location was very close to the Mecon office and the rooms were nice.

Poor Stay
No one called from resturant that breakfast rules had been changed and you need to visit before 10.30 for the same. Earlier they use to provide breakfast in room. Even breakfast menu is worst, no hoisekeeping support after 11 Pm.

Great staffs and fast service- hotel crystal ranchi

Good Stay
The hotel is really hygienic. The infrastructure is newly built. So bedding, washrooms and all were perfectly in place. Not a single thing to complain about. It is 15 mins from airport and that was convenient to us. The main thing that made our stay memorable was the courteous house keeping staff and restaurant staff. We have jain food and they made it sure to fulfill all our requirements and that too by making it tasty. Really worth commendable to have listened to us patiently during all meals and make accordingly. Overall, a great value for money hotel.

House keeping and service is very good, overall room is clean and decorated properly. All the necessary things are available but room space is too small for deluxe room.
