Everything was pathetic specially staff behavior at reception. He is there for doing fraud and cheat people. He demanded since checkout time is 12 pm after being said that there will be no extra charges for check out till 5 pm. His behavior was rude and after demanding GST bill he straight away refused to give bill of that extra charge I strongly recommend travellers to not book HOTEL PRATAP RESIDENCY.

I recently stayed at Pratap Residency and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless and elegantly decorated, featuring all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the quick response whenever I requested room service.

Bedsheet & blanket are not clean, the food quality is not good and the dinning room is not clean

ROOMS not clean and not matching with the picture not providing the amenities showing during booking ,one plus point good parking place, restaurant is in Hotel, if u want to stay in this Hotel please take mosquitoes protection

Very very dirty linen. Not even a bottle of water is provided. Water was leaking from bathroom Tap. No tea kit was there in the room. Only 2-3 items was there in breakfast. Very bad experience.

i have been using this facility for the past 12years. This should speak for itself about the excellent service dealings.

Stay Was not As Luxurious as Compared to It's Price breakfast option is Repeated EveryDay and have One Thing (Poha) is common Everyday Tea Taste is Great No Complementary Water bottle Water Is drip 🫟 in inside room through AC vent while it's raining outside

Service is pathetic, they forget to clean the room, room is not organised, phone wire was cut, so even phone was not working

location is good , but the rooms were not according to their photos , bathrooms were not clean and a very small basin space

It was really terrible and pathetic situation in hotel, the moment i entered hotel. Hotel staff behavior is very rude and unprofessional.

This is my second stay at Pratap and found everything satisfactory icw room, washroom, amenities, behaviour of staff members. The location is excellent, had a cordial welcome and quick check in. It's clean, spacious room with all desired amenities. No scope of complaint.

Room was not as per description. Poor look with window ac not working properly. Bed shee were shabby.

Hotel's location is a plus but otherwise the room that I had booked had a mini fridge that was not working, intercom was disconnected, shaving mirror was not present, cob web in washroom door, electric socket was broken. The complimentary breakfast had very limited menu rather only Alu paratha and curd along with watermelon was available however thankfully I had ordered a masala omelette which was good

Overall, it's a decent option with great housekeeping and food, but a little attention to detail on amenities would enhance the stay further.

Location is good, at the main landmark of the city. Food quality is average, amenities is good, also have their own ample parking space, rooms are also good compared to the price. Service is poor, need improvement and good training to staffs, Telephone in the room doesn't work. Overall its good budget hotel to stay in the heart of the City.

Hotel Pratap Residency in Ranchi is conveniently located. The service is good. Food is average. I enjoyed my two day stay at the hotel.
