Review Of The Kaizer Valley Hotel

Damp on walls and musty smell in the room makes the stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Location is away from city but have picturesque view of valley from Deluxe rooms. The staff is polite and helpful. Hotel rooms are not maintained at all. Linens are not clean. Pillow cover, towels are torn. Need renovation. Value for money is Average. complementary BF will not start before 9.15 am

This hotel is not value for money. Breakfast is a poor quantity. The bathroom is very narrow.

Location wise it’s ok, rooms r too small n toilets are like very very small. The wall conditons are not at all good. Staff availability is not 24 hrs, for any sudden emergency you will not get any support from staff. Food quality is ok. The lady who manages the restaurant is very well behaved n there is a local boy who does all running n tries to help the guests. You will not find any sitting area or walking space.

Very nice and good, some electricity problems in that area. 10times electricity fault in a day. Overall it’s nice stay

I stayed for one night. The view from the window was good. The staffs are friendly and the food we ordered was tasty. It was overall a nice experience.

The kaizer valley hotel is located in Kurseong..We chose this as our stay for 2 night 3 days. It's amazing overlooking the beautiful town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.. Their behaviour is commendable. The rooms were upto the mark and clean as well.. amazing stay and best i can say

Stayed at kaizer for one night. The location is convenient and the staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, though a bit worn, and cleanliness was an issue at times. Basic amenities were provided but nothing impressive. Overall, a fair choice if you’re not looking for luxury, though a few upgrades would improve the experience.

Inexperienced reception not able to help customer for proper guidance and transportation

Pathetic service, only one staff in the reception, & only he takes orders for food, serves anything needed after ages. No number for housekeeping or restaurant. Food was pathetically bad. Undercooked food served. Also after 8 pm nobody is around to receive calls or complaints. In the morning shutters of hotel open after 8.00 am & till that time don't expect any service. Worst experience ever.

It is very pleasant and calmly stay at the hotel. The staff members are courteous and very helpful. Last but not the least the restaurant service is the best as per my opinion. I would request all aspiring tourist to stay at kaizer hotel, it is a must.

This hotel is located about 2.5 km from Kurseing Bazar..hence location is an issue. Size of the room is small comparing to it's rent. Hospitality of hotel staffs is good and friendly..Complimentary breakfast was included with the rent..Food quality is good but quiet expensive..onerall experience is good

Location is good, the hotel is not at all flexible. Staff try to accoodate you but due to policy they are also tied up. Food prices are sky high, complimentary breakfast is pathetic and no option is given. The ordered food in the night was also either spoilt or stale. Packaged bottle price is rs. 40- plus gst 5% and the mrp is 20 food was pathetic.

The owner shows wrong attitude on the name of sherpa surname he caries. Worst service and rooms was damp. The hotel door get all closed at night which is very problematic to guest as he or she can't get out of hotel for any emergency. We requested the hotel to let us go out, they didn't even bother.

The hotel was at a good location, view from the room was amazing. The kurseong valley was visible through out the day. The room was quite small for a deluxe room and there was no power backup in case of power cut.

Food is without salt and no taste. Though booking was done with double bed for 3adults, two single mattress are fitted in a king size cott, which was absolutely uncomfortable, stuffs were unavailable from 8:30 pm and they did not have first aid kits like medicines which was absolutely required for a hotel in a remote place. Far from kurseong town without any medical shop nearby.
