Hotel was not good very very disgusting hotel I will never book from MMT this was my mistake

poor quality of food and extra no service, that's all Also, no one take care of my words

Amenities were not available to use, food was over rated n tasteless,staff n management was all new n unaware of anything

Location: 5/5 Food: 4.5/5 - Chefs are very helpful. we required custom made food for baby, they understood the requirements and prepared it like homemade food Ambience: 3.5/5 Service: 3/5

By seeing the photos, I booked this hotel. But after going there, it wasn't good at all as expected. Full disappointment with water logging in bathroom, poor service in AC. Bathroom poor maintenance etc.

Food is very expensive and room service is pathetic. Done by expect any service from housekeeping staffs too .. not even when you are dinning. cleanliness was average, but few broken furniture and old bath tub is annoying

Light was gone, service was not so upto the mark, i have to call them 2-3 times for breakfast, wifi is not good i have to use my mobile data

It was worst stay, with heavy costing, the amenities were blocked by some fuction was going in resort. Still they took a booking our weekend make worst, the service was pathetic, uncleaned room so much dirt on floor, we have toddler with us, could not make her roam into room that much dirty floor was there, the towel was used and after many complaints they finally replaced it, i will never recommend this resort as all

The rooms were not cleaned before our arrival. Bathtub had algae. I was asked to adjust in the cottage where the windows were not closing completely.

Hotel is normal. Service is very slow. Bathroom flush was not working. Tv not working even after informining multiple time they have corrected after 8 hour

Services were extremely poor, there were cockroaches in the room, the crockery was extremely dirty.

Amazing experience. We booked a deluxe room but the owner is so good that she upgraded us to cottage room since it was empty. Amazing property with great views. Staff was pretty welcoming as well. Must visit place

While the hotel rooms were decent, the service needs improvement. The food took light years to be prepared and served. The swimming pool with a fountain is the highlight of the resort. Apart from that, you should not expect anything good here.

Hotel structure is good, most of the things are available but the problem is it is in secluded place and nothing available nearby. Therefore there are usually very small qty and hence services and staff availablity is very poor. The most problematic thing is that they start break fast at 8am wl and if your staying here for business purposes, and if you need to reach office at 9an that will be difficult to manage

Comfortable room, good service however needs improvement in the maintaining of the room like a/c and bathroom

The room is excellent, and mr. Om has provided very good hospitality. He is a very kind and helpful person thanks, om. Also saft is very supportive.

Service is not ok.

Location is good but poorly maintained. Lack of bathroom door handle and mixer makes it difficult. No response to house keeling calls

Bathroom water and cleaning issues, also service is not good.

The stay was good, food was good, just rooms are getting little old, overall it was great
