Thank you for the follow-up, but I must share my genuinely poor experience regarding my stay at the property. The experience was severely disappointing across multiple fronts. To start, the room was far too small and felt extremely cramped. There was also the significant inconvenience of the lift not being installed yet, which made movement difficult, especially with luggage. Noise was a major issue, as the doors and walls were too thin and provided absolutely no barrier against outside sounds, severely impacting sleep and privacy. Furthermore, the bathroom was poorly maintained and definitely a weak point of the facility. The bedding and linen were unacceptable: the blankets and towels were very old, smelly, and covered in many visible spots or spoils. Finally, the location is also not good or convenient. Overall, the experience was very poor, and it’s important to note that we only chose this accommodation due to a complete unavailability of better options elsewhere. Vandana.
