Breakfast and poor services
Morning breakfast was very poor. Only two items was available to eat. Room boys are not taking care of any of our luggage’s.

★☆☆☆☆ Worst Hotel Experience – Misleading Listing & Zero Support
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hotel booking. The room size was nothing like what was shown or described on MakeMyTrip – extremely small and cramped. The photos were completely misleading. The facilities promised were not provided. There was no hot water, no proper shower, and the overall cleanliness and comfort were far below any acceptable standard. The amenities listed were either missing or non-functional. We tried to reach out to MakeMyTrip customer support, but shockingly, they offered no real help or resolution despite the clear mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The listing is deceptive, the service is poor, and even customer support failed to take responsibility. Totally disappointed and will not choose this property or trust such listings again.

it's very nice hotel room is good and comfortable, bathroom is clean and all required accessories is available, dining place is excited at the top, it is near by the main connecting road so you can get the vehicle facility near by

Terrible Stay
Slow room service, the tiles are bad and make noise, no toiletries in the room, glasses not clean, didn’t give the room that was selected as per the booking and gave a much smaller room

Worst hotel in faridabad
Uneducated staff, and no sense of responsibility towards guests. They will take your money and not even will recognise your booking.

Average stay, my recommendation is for business trip not for couple
coupleThe hotel location was at prime location as eatery junctions are nearby and mall too. Rooms were compact and the bathroom area was congested, there is no place to move around freely. Outside the room the sound was annoying as it was disturbing the guest's privacy. The food tasted good but did not provide proper cutlery and the food price was a little high.
