Very Bad Hotel, even no hand wash or soap in washroom....to clean the hand and for bath I have purchased soap from outside. Towel also provided after asking and no Balti and Mug in toilet. Drinking water also not provided even I have told I will pay but Receptionist refused to provide. water also purchased from outside.Tea and food also they arrange from outside, there is no proper arrangements of restaurant. In rooms lot of seepage on walls and cleaning also not good. Geyser was not working when asked they told don't know why Geyser is not working. My request is to Make My Trip team pls confirm about the hotels and visit also before list the Hotel on your Portal. Due to this our trust is effected.
