Hotel Grand 81

Very disappointing stay at Hotel Grand 81. The room was extremely small, washroom was congested, and even the TV wasn’t working in any of the rooms. definitely not worth the price charged. Totally unsatisfied with the experience — would not recommend this hotel at all.

Old property. Very badly managed. Dirty rooms, broken fixtures. Restaurant is fine

Hotel Grand 81i is decent overall. Rooms are clean, staff is polite, and basic amenities are fine. Food could be better, service is slightly slow. Good for short stays, worth 3/5.

Toilet and geyser were not working. Water was releaseing in the room from bathroom.

Property is good and value for money

Ac was not working properly, even wifi was very poor and bed was not comfortable and kitchen service was very bad....horrible experience

While the property's restaurant stood out for its tasty and well-priced buffet, our overall experience was mixed. We found the reception inconveniently located on the second floor and hard to locate. The air conditioning was insufficient for the room's size, taking a long time to cool, and the bathroom, which included the commode, was quite cramped. A crucial point to remember is their strict policy on late checkouts; you'll be charged ₹300 for even a 30-minute delay.

there was lot of mosquitoes and no staff available for sharing toiletories and towel for bath which was problem for my guest

Service was not good, waiter not listen or so lazy for any thing, as kettle not clean, in toilet tissue paper not available

Here stay is quite obnoxious as people at reception seems more of policemen nature then service providers. Not recommend anyone for this hotel. However, parking is ample but service is pathetic even they didn’t provide you basic things like towel without asking.

The putty from wall was breaking also the bathroom is not good. It is very average. The interior of room didn't meet the price we had to pay. For that room also there was no keycard for opening our room

The room was in bad condition and tv was not working, ac too was not working properly and is stopping after every 20 30 mins. Reception person behaviour also not good. After 4 hours in a room hotel staff told us to change the room to other room. Very disgusting and disgraceful
