worst service and worst hygiene I have never seen in any hotel

Many problems

Room is not clean properly or hotel price is very high

room condition is not good and dirty condition 😐 Also Bad mattress is not comfortable for sleeping.

Staff behavior is not good. 2 floor smelting food quality not good room are not good

This hotel is good for stay as the rooms are nee t and clean the behavior of service staff is very cool. Excellence room sevice.

The bathroom is not clean, and the water bottle is not provided by hotel staff, he provides water in a jug, it's not good. Person likes only water bottles.

Cons: shabby rooms, hot water issue, no buffet breakfast, small room pros: good location, helpful staff, good wifi connectivity

The room area was suffocated with cigarette smoke. Not given a sealed bottle of water. Small room. I have spent rs 3100 but room standard was less then rs. 1200 as per my experiences.

I have booked a room for one night at rs. 6180. 00 all inclusive price. Even asking for water, waiter told that ro water is complimentary and bottled water is chargeable. I have asked them for tax invoice as i have to submit to my company. Hotel denied to provide the same. Reception staff was truly rude in nature, but restaurant staff are very friendly and food is also very good. Overall think twice before staying at this place.
