I stayed at Rosewood Grand recently and while the location and rooms are fine and the staff is humble, my experience was disappointing in a few areas. The room did not have a TV, which was unexpected. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with spiderwebs on the ground, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Housekeeping was not available 24/7, and despite raising the issue, my room was not changed. Additionally, room service shuts down after 10 PM, which is quite inconvenient for guests. I feel it should be extended by a few hours, and housekeeping should be available around the clock to address such situations. Overall, while the staff were courteous and the location is good, the lack of cleanliness and poor housekeeping services overshadowed the positives.
