Good vibe but costly place
The vibe is excellent for relaxation and for family. the staff was very prompt. The place was clean. only one thing is that the food is very expensive. Better which can be Best
The property is located on the banks of Ulhas river with scenic view. The container rooms are spacious enough for 2 people. Early check-in was possible. The people on the property are helpful, courteous and always ready to help. The water sports are safe, guided and evenly priced. Must do whenever you are visiting. The non-veg food is delicious and the service is apt. The restaurant will be crowded by visiting people other than the one's staying one's leading to unavailablity of few food items. Water and electricity cut is a serious issue. Frequent power cuts (5-6 times) followed by no water supply in the washrooms. The overall experience is enhanced by the view/weather and water sports.

Very Poor Service..Not worth the Tariff
PLEASE DONOT VISIT THIS PLACE.. IT'S JUST THE LOCATION. THERE'S NOTHING BEYOND THAT..NO SERVICE ABSOLUTELY NO Service..No water..No Hygiene...very very expensive food for no reason..food is also okay and quantity is very very less..morning complimentary breakfast is also okay with no hygiene and flies moving around uncovered food..just have tried to market the location without basic amenities...no adequate staff to service weekend surge..no one is bothered..and they are charging premium for no reason. So would request please think before going ahead and booking here..but please it's a absolute waste of money

curtains on doors privacy issue and no towels if you’ve used one
Rooms too small with windows of glass that are not fully covered with the curtains provided. Plus they denied on giving us extra towels saying we gave you two towels yesterday and since you are checking out we won’t give more

Poor hospitality over shadows Scenic Beauty
Very poor hospitality. The property location is nice, by the lake. However the hospitality of the management is extremely poor. We booked the room on the upper floor, TBC 11 which was for approx Rs 7000. Firstly, the room was not as well maintained as we would have expected from a less than a year old property as we would have expected in this price point. The bathroom was not as clean either, with dirty mirror and spider webs on the lights. Now coming to the hospitality and money-mindedness of the management. First, while placing the lunch order soon after check in, we were told naans or any tandoor item would not be available before 7 PM, as there are lesser number of guests. Then we requested to allow a bottle of beer to be kept in the kitchen refrigerator. We were told there’s a ‘Cooling charge’ of Rs 250 per bottle. Taken by surprise, and thinking of buying from the hotel instead, we checked if they sold alcohol, but they didn’t have the license for that either. Final nail in the coffin, was when they told us that a dental kit is also chargeable. Each dental kit being Rs 100. Have never experienced any resort/ hotel at this price point, charging for dental kits!! We asked for a bill for the same, sharing the photo of fake bill we received. While we were giving this feedback at check out, it was not well received either. The manager was listening in from inside the cabin, however didn’t even bother to come out and address the issue with us. Overall, property concept is good, but the service and hospitality is a major mood spoiler!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND.

When I book the room it was showing guarented late check out but the hotel refused late check out. the charges are very high and food was very expensive

Excellent Stay
Had an amazing stay at the Boat Club! The luxury container stays in Karjat are truly one of a kind—modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Waking up to the peaceful riverfront view was the highlight of the trip. The location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the natural beauty of Maharashtra. Recommended for short trips
Very nice & unique stay experience. The rooms are very good & view is excellent as shown. The staff is very well mannered & polite. Their food & beverages cost is relatively high but you can skip it for outside food which is nearby. Water activities are also very reasonably priced.

Great weekend getaway near Mumbai
It was a delightful stay at the property. The rooms have good decor, with a nice mountain view and all the necessary amenities. The food was tasty but expensive. Staff is courteous and helpful. Would not mind another trip to this place in the monsoons!
