Horrible Experience

During this stay, we were given a different room than the one we had booked, and it lacked electricity and proper furniture. Upon checkout, hotel staff asked an additional 1800 rupees as he denied about the payment status that was already booked as per the hotel policy and they asked to pay the GST on the rough plain paper for the food again the price given on menu and the price asked was different, staff and manager was rude and misbehaved.
