Review Of The Abhay Palace

Place is nice ! No doubt ! However the connectivity is beyond imagination you are only dependent on e-Riksha ! No proper road on top of that ! The distance from Vishnupad temple was showing as per MMT details was only 1.9 KM in real it is abt 8-9 km !! Wi-Fi wasn’t there no complementary discount on airport and railway pic up or drops !! In fact they don’t have pic up or drop facilities !power cut is like in every 10 minutes though they have power back! Over all they can make better facilities !! Which I have suggested to them about convenience!! And connectivity !! The narrow and muddy roads have no light at night !! Rest to property is nice and the village farms of veggies are lovely As I grow up in greenery !! So I loved it !! But suffer a lot with the distance with no proper connectivity !! The manager allowed me to Stay with minimum amount as my train was late ! I would not mind to recommend or stay there again on my next visit to Gaya !! But pls fix the intercoms tvs pls !! Pls improve few more services ! Pls mention clearly what services you are providing with the amount you are charging! There are few things about bathroom hygiene !! It has to be clean and shine before the guests arrive !! As I had to ask to clean it properly!! Pls just improve the standard make it high!! Thanks for my safe stay !! I am not attaching the pictures I clicked !! I hope they improve their services including trained staff !! Thank u Abhay place!

Hidden admist the hustle and bustle of gaya. This is a pretty nice property. Spacious open and clean. Do try out this new place. Also close to the city center.

very bad management, miss behavior and they didn't take any order from room. telephone ☎️ was didn't work.food is also bad and very very irritating.

Spacious rooms they have, well cleaned, nice food and very good service, the building is new and well lit, staff was very cooperative and took care of all needs. One drawback was the access road to the property. Overall a good comfortable stay

The hotel is excellent and have wonderful location as well as well planned with designer facilities. Food and service is excellent. Ideal for family stays.

The hotel is new property and staff is helpful. They were keen to resolve the issues promptly. Connecting road is good but while going there we got a very narrow route due to google map. Overall good experience.
