Rooms not as expected the pricing range The room is very small.

Location is very close to Railway station. Hence very convenient for those travelling by train. Very crowded area. Public communication available. Lot of restaurants/ food options available nearby. However cleanliness needs improvement. Lift goes out of order frequently.

The property location is very good however other facilities like TV, wi-fi are not good enough, the food is good and tasty but little bit priced high.

very very disturbing.. outside noise is coming 24×7 as nearby chai stalls open whole night and walls of hotel are not at all soundproof...very very disgusting.. room service is poor.. food quality in restaurant is awesome..

i visited during pitrapaksh mela.it was not good a experience. they need to give more focus on cleanliness. staff conduct is like babus of givernment offices. charges are much higher than the provises facilities.

Room condition are very poor. Cockrcoch are moving around in room, almirah they are providing only one bath towel for two persons for ac deluxe room. They are not changing bed sheet in daily basis.

Location best, toilet flush not working, mosquitoes coming from window, no net installed on windows, lift oldie makes noise when door not shut

Early check in already mentioned after that i paid 400 rupees extra for booking. Receptionist talk rudely you can cancel booking i have very short time stay so could not cancel even room was not proper ventilation. Breakfast only 1 paratha can take small size so disgusting.
