Stay was pleasant, property is neat and clean, food was really delicious, hospitality and staff specially Mr Robin, Prince and Shivani attended the guest very well

The property is very good. 10 on 10 in terms of cleanliness and plus 10 for behaviour of manager. the house keeping people are very kind and professional. this property is what i would say value for money alongwith cosy comfort. must reccomended to anyone if they are planning for gaya.

The Hotel is new , clean , food is good Site is silent and secure Lift is missing Good for young people , Old people and Physically challenged person need lift overall its a good place

The property location and hospitality was amazing and were very caring. The food was excellent and served hot every single time. People staying in the hotel were aged so the hotel staff took care effectivel. Overall very good experience thumbs up to the service and food

What a pleasant stay! The hotel property is beautiful and well-maintained. The room was spotless, which is always a top priority for me. The staff truly made the difference; they were not only polite but also very supportive and ready to help with anything I needed.

Location is peaceful and food can be ordered according to our taste, which is served fresh. Very hygiene and comfortable.

The hotel was in a quiet and calm place however, the service wasn’t up to the mark. Room service will keep pestering unless you give the dinner order by 7 pm. You will have to call them and remind that we need hot water in the bathroom so they can switch on the geyser. Lastly, while leaving i had asked them to prepare the bill 2 hours before i left and when i reached the reception, they hadn’t done any calculation. The staff then quickly calculated and asked me to pay the amount and i paid. While at the airport, they called me saying they missed assign one of the the bills and that i should pay now! i mean that’s ridiculous. Firstly you never got my dining orders signed by my, secondly you never showed me the bills(i still paid out of trust) and then thirdly you are saying i should pay more? oh and by the way, you are only allowed to watch youtube in their hotel room since there’s no dish tv or wifi!

I would start by giving divine hotel and resort a rating of 9 out of 10. It is a new resort in bodh gaya i recently stayed there for four days, and it was a wonderful experience. The ambience was great, and the rooms were extremely clean and well-maintained. The amenities were excellent, and the restaurant offered freshly prepared, delicious food. Sudhir sharma. He welcomed us warmly with excellent hospitality and the one who handled all the orders, provided outstanding service, ensuring everything was taken care of efficiently from room service to resolving issues like hot water, etc. His work was commendable. Everyone was polite even the girl at the reception. It's a true and self experienced review. Overall, a highly pleasant stay at divine hotel and resort.

This hotel is one of the best in gaya, newly built, a budget friendly, clean, and well maintained. Lift was not working but it was under construction. Staff behaviour was very good, must try sattu paratha.

The divine hotel is situated at a distance of 5. 5 kms from the main city centre. It is an expensive, expansive property greatly understaffed. Practically no room services are available. The few persons attending you are untrained and you have to be very patient with them to make sure that they understand what you need. They are short of supplies and want to cut the toiletries, towels and complimentary water bottles. The complimentary breakfast is limited to two parathas and tea and maybe few more additions. You have to order your food in advance be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. It appears that the owners don’t want to make a single additional roti lest it is wasted. However the general manager mr romi and the front desk staff mr sagar are very good and earnestly try to keep you comfortable within their limited resources. The swimming pool is a blessing and the property itself can be very good if the owners wish so and employs trained staff.
