Property location is good, room is good but not best. As bed cover & pillow cover is really dirty, & room service is very pathetic. Kindly update your room service.

The wall of room is very dirty. And blankets or bedsheets are very very dirty. Washroom are not perfect in anything no hot water no cleaning. No respect for customers. I tell him please clean the bathroom and change bed sheets or blankets he tell me he have change bed sheets before i come in hotel but i tell him it was dirty.

Basic amenities like toiltries, towels, kettle etc are missing. We have booked with breakfast, however, there is no restuartant at all, forget about breakfast. Room was smelling

we paid but didn't get breakfast... 😊.. overall this hotel is costly...............................

The rooms were very dirty. Bed linens were unclean and full of stains. The doors were not locking properly. Pillow covers were missing. The staff did not clean all the rooms even after repeated requests. The entire experience was terrible. Need refund of half money.

Hotel is good but not maintained properly. Staff behaviour is good. Rooms are average. Lights are working properly.

We got the deal at rs. 4000 but hotel's worth is only rs. 1000. No facilities were there other than a. C. And light in the room. No proper washroom, all broken. I won't suggest if other options available.

It was terrible stay, room was so dirty and stinking, room service pathetic, entire premise is not upto themark. Only they need money and guest stay at their own risk. I spoke to manager but nothing got changed in my stay. Please avoid if possible.

This is the worst ever hotel i have stayed in ever, there were zero facilities provided, no cleaning staff, air conditioning not working properly, tv was not working and so was the geyser, there was no wi-fi connection and many other issues were there and after that if you go and complain about it to the hotel staff, they start misbehaving with you. Would suggest no one to ever stay here if you want to have your stay in peace.

Terrible stay. There is worst hygiene status not only in rooms but almost entire hotel is filthy. Breakfast was pre-booked but there is no provision of food inside the hotel. Hotel took no responsibility of food. Management is irresponsible. Staff is minimum just 2 staff they also don't respond.

We got a room for 4 with two double beds. It was a average room. For me it is an overrated over budget room. Next thing was bathroom which is very poor. The image we have seen is not the real one. The bathroom is very dirty and very bad.

We paid for a family room of 4 people with 2 double beds with 1 extra mattress for a 5th person for 2 days during the pitru paksh in gaya. We had 3 senior citizens in the group. Firstly they don’t respond to your calls or msgs on contact number given. With much difficulty we were able to confirm our booking in the peak season on another phone number. Then when we reached the rooms, the bathroom were not cleaned, and they denied giving even a single pillow forget the extra mattress we had paid for. The next day again after requesting for room cleaning many times they never showed up. Book this hotel only if you have no other choice like we didn’t. The hotel is basically run by people with no training or concern about guests.

1. It is a 3rd class hotel i don't understand why the price is so high it must be below 500/day 2. Torn & dirty bedsheets and pillow cover 3. No table to eat food 4. Bookingwas with free breakfast but no breakfast available in hotel. They bought 4 poori & veg curry from nearby which was horrible. They provided breakfast when it was asked to them. I want refund of breakfast money around 250/person was charged by makemytrip for adding free breakfast.

hotel did not provided breakfast or any fooding facility except 1 day breakfast after follow up.tv recharge not available neither done throughout the stay

In this hotel, there is no amenities no facilities, even my rooms door is broken,, and i am anabel to close it properly,,, i will never stay in this hotel again

Went with my family for bihar exam. 1. Very dirty and torn bedsheets. 2. Very dirty pillows. 3. Ac not working. Call hotel service and they will tell it's exam time so hotel is full. No service will be provided. Stay or go. Had to stay at 45 degree celsius for 2 days. 3. No dustbins. 4. No tv.
