Room not clean properly. In a room no any Dustbin & blanket smelling very bad like gutter smelling.

Room charges was too high and room quality and cleaning was very poor.

This place one shouldn’t choose. My parents had a very terrible experience here. To book a place close to the railway station we had booked this property, but apparently things weren’t right from the beginning. Rooms weren’t ready even when booking was one day prior and we checked in late. My parents are senior citizens and were given a room in 4th floor with no lift. Despite multiple requests they didn’t provide the same. We had booked a room which included breakfast but the property doesn’t have a kitchen. My parents were asked to go to a nearby hawker to have breakfast. There was no intercom, nor toiletries or water bottles provided. And they don’t have a contact number to communicate with.

Our kids loved staying here and we felt relaxed the whole time. Staff was patient with our children and very understanding.

I had found this hotel by using Google map. Area was not as expected. it was a Lil bit far from main market/station. Room was too small & not same as shown in photo.

The hotel charged steeply for our stay during pitr Paksha. Hotel is located on a very narrow lane and has no parking facility. There is no lift provision. Rooms are not clean. AC and power was not functional for most of the night. No hot water available. Doors of the room are not lockable and similar with bathroom doors. Never recommend for any one

Had the most horrible experience ever in this place ,everything about this place is bad ,very unhygenic and no power whole night didnt have even hot water and place was ugly with too many flies
