The rooms are very small. Amenities are not provided as given while booking. No toiletries, kettle, water bottle etc. It is just a room with no facilities

Worst service from the hotel staff. For small small things you need to wait for long. No professionalism. I stayed for a day, visited gaya for the first time, I had no idea about how good the hotels are in gaya but all I felt is there is serious lack of hygiene, professionalism and what not.

Intercom was not working , room was not good ad shown in pictures, food was terrible they served , worst experience

Stayed at gar v resort for one day. God staff and very good food. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

Very poor service - here tow days i stayed and on both day he gave me different breakfast. What i asked they did not give. However they offered to choose and i was chosen from his menu. Electric kettle was very dirty. He provided tea in cracked cup and tea leaked on my cloth.

Excellent garv hotel good service

First i booked this hotel from 19 to 22 september but due to some reason i got late to arrive at hotel and they didn't give me room for 19 september and charged full money for that night

Facility n food is good but no services, nobody to pick calls at reception we tried 35 min. No shower cap, old ladies had to bend bodies to take shower as no bucket n mug too. No soap, no dental kit, no tea kettle when we entered, one hour later they brought kettle.

Not good ambiance and staff are also not good…. Breakfast is average no fruits in place…..

Arrangement is okay but room cleaning is not properly very dusty. No hot water in room thanks

Resort is still under construction. No facility for food. May be after completion of construction they may provide good service.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room is looking new and clean. The staff are friendly. Bathroom is tidy and new looking. When the tv was not working they have replaced the another room but it took a long time for me though. Bathroom hot/cold water knobs are confusing to me. Better ask the staff how to use it. Overall a pleasant stay.

It’s was on of my ever worst experiences..in the spam of 30 minutes they had allowed me 5 rooms because most the room were not cleaned and room had unpleasant smell…staffs were ok but nothing was good at all

We stay two nights room are beautiful but service is not up to the standard.
