बहुत अच्छा लगा यहां रहकर..... होटल के स्टाफ बहुत ही कुल बिहेवियर के हैं.. खाना भी अच्छा था. होटल यदि नीट एंड क्लीन हो तो रहने में मजा तो आता ही है.

It was a very pleasant stay with good hotel facilities

Very bad service. Ac was not working in one room. Bad smell from toilet. Food not good. Very bad experience.

Hotel is located near to railway station and city centre, it’s a neat and clean place but without amenities. Room service is poor, there no intercom in working condition, no hot water and no tea / coffee pouches provided in the room. Restaurant is good one but too expensive compared to the level of the hotel. It’s only good for a transit stay over.

It was an average property. We booked it for 3 adults but still the hotel staff denied providing us the bedding for all three. They also denied to provide us the wifi and other basic services. It wasn't a pleasant stay at this property and we are disappointed. 4

There was no hot water kettle and i was refused to give hot water in a glass, second there was no hot water on the bathroom at 7 am and i was told they didn’t switch on geyser, third there was no power was 2 hours which left me living in dark and humid condition for more than 2 hours

It was a good hotel with a very hygiene room. Quality of food was also good. It’s location was also good and easily accessible.

I stayed in room no 203 whic h don't have gyser/hot water connection. Also there is nothing to protect from mosquito like good knight or allout

The experience of my stay in the hotel was not good, there were some problems in the hotel, the shower in the bathroom was not working, the ac was making a lot of noise, the hotel reception staff was not so good.
