AC of room was not working room changed. communication from station to hotel I ver bad during noon time. food is ok. need some renovation. staffs are good. Location is good away from station. Communication is only toto not available during noon time. Hotel boys are good.

No proper service regarding food & room service. I am so disappointed next time i will not stay in this hotel

Coordinator was good even cooperative to stay beyond check out time. Light breakfast menu was good at in house restaurant

Hotel has become old and room upkeep needs a lot of improvement. Particular being cleanliness of toilet, bed, minimal staff and wifi. Thank you

Room was very dirty. Sofa was broken. Ac was not working properly. Service is very bad. Even v order for tea n coffee it is horrible. V already left n v went to other hotel aryavart

The location was good and the food was also fine. No amenities as such and the rooms were not that clean. The property was not well maintained. Service was fine and the staff were good.

After hectic activity through t the day. We could take very good bed rest and felt any thing wanting.

I went to gaya for pindadaan of my parents in january when the temperature was dropping down to 7 deg c. So i was searching for a decent hotel with nominal charges located near bharat sevashram sangha. Hotel city surya is conveniently located but still in a nice and quiet place away from the main traffic. The deluxe room was specious with wardrobe, single sofa, centre table, side table, electric kettle, clean bathroom with complimentary soap and shampoo. Amazingly liquid handwash at the wash basin which i have never found in any hotel in any place. Mosquito repellent oil machine, tv and excellent room service. Only they requested to let them know when the geyser connection is needed to avoid misuse. The ao smith geyser worked perfectly.

Geyser gave me a shock ensure there is safety around. Rest all are good

We stayed for a night … bed and blanket were not up to the mark … none of the sockets were working

Staff was very kind and supportive. Decent rooms in this price. Though wifi was not working due to low network in multiple rooms.

Stay was good. Rooms quite big and comfortable. Location is perfect for those who are visiting bharat sevashram sangh. It is exactly 5 min walk away from hotel. We ordered food from hotel itself. Food was really tasty except for the oil that was bit high quantity. It is just of personal opinion. Else those who are okay with normal north indian food, won't be disappointed. I have already given feedback to hotel staff, only major concern is hygiene in bathrooms. Not expected from a hotel of this type. Else everything else is good. Service, food quality and stay was overall satisfactory. Hope they take the feedback positively and improve

big and hygienic rooms coupled with tasty food.. room service is nice, staffs are co-operative, reception staffs are courteous and well behaved. overall this hotel deserves 5 🔯 ratings in location and amenities.
