We stayed at this resort on our way to Kalpa. The location was good, deluxe rooms were very clean with heaters and all other necessary amenities. The restaurant staff were very cooperative and they made customized tasty food for us as we were traveling with kids. Overall a great experience..,would love to come back!

Excellent hospitality and food are very good feels like a home. Love to come again children enjoy a lot. Outdoor cafe amazing.

Food was good. Just one thing breakfast options and quality can be little better. Eg-pancake was not upto the mark. Poha, paratha, idly, juice was awesome. Omlette should be included in buffet breakfast.

The location of the resort is awesome and the rooms have a beautiful view of hat u peak. Food quality and quantity was just fabulous. The chef is quite experienced and trained person having great knowledge of flavours. All the staff members were very humble. We enjoyed our stay at the resort. I would definitely recommend this stay if u are visiting narkanda.

It was a nice stay at this property for three nights. Great views from balcony, big rooms, pleasant staff behaviour. Food prices are little steep but ok for this type of location and the quantity offered. Bathroom and room can have more amenities like moisturizer, hair drier, mini bar etc. Major issue is the bonn fire which they org-anise every evening. They should not do this jointly for all as at times there are big group of families or only male groups who play their music and have their drinks, which we were not comfortable with as we had small kids along with us plus we wanted to avoid that loud music. Instead have small bonn fire for each guest which most of resorts do. Rest all ok. Keep doing good work guys.

Overall good experience with location and food. However morning check out was a nightmare with no staff to take luggage or even share final invoice to complete check out formalities. Wasted over 30 min in the morning.

The stay was quite comfortable. The staff was very courteous and professional. They were always coming forward to listen to our issues and taking steps to redress them. The food was decent. The only thing, the hotel needs work on, is the heating inside the rooms.

We have stayed at tethys a couple of times now and while my first trip was really good, this time in dc i was really disappointed by the service. I was greeted by an unenthusiastic manager sunil, whose first statement on meeting me was that food is only available after 730 in the morning and if i need anything before that (even tea, i will have to manage or make my own using the tea bags provided. I assumed he was having an off day and decided to ignore the obvious unwelcome vibe. Things didnt get better as breakfast was served at 9 am and we were then told that nobody is available before 830 am anyway. For early risers, this is a big issue as we were left fending for ourselves. The rooms are large and spacious but in the cold weather, the oil heaters that the hotel provides are just not enough. The manager told us that it is what it is and there is no other option. The biggest reason i was disappointed was that the place has so much potential and the manager is letting it down. The rooms are nice, location is amazing for anyone looking for peace and quiet and it is magical during the winters, if only they did something about the service and became more customer friendly.

Narkanda and tethys are a frequent affair now. Tethys ia beautifully located, amenities offered are very good considering the remote location. Staff is polite, humble ans smiling. Most of them. One thing that can be done better is pro-activeness, that what converts a hospitality experience from very good to great. One of our room had phone not working and hence no room service contact and for 2 days it was not repaired. Our rooms had toiletries missing, while on asking they were provided very politely and humbly, but you would expect that to be proactively taken care of in tethys.

Not so great experience. We had booked this place for 1 night for which they charged handsomely. But to our surprise, their kitchen, home service, house keeping was partly functional. They shut their kitchen at 9pm without prior notice.
