Hotel SnowFlake

I stayed at Hotel Snowflake, Narkanda from 28th to 29th September 2025 and had a terrible experience. The rooms are in very poor condition with absolutely no maintenance. Bedsheets and pillow covers were old, stained, and dirty, with a bad smell coming from the bed itself. Even the floor mat was unclean. The overall hygiene was unacceptable. There is no restaurant facility at all, which makes the stay highly inconvenient. The hotel’s structure is also not suitable for older people, making it unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel is highly not recommended. A very disappointing experience.

The hotel is located at an easily accessible spot right by the main road, the property provided a clean room with spectacular views, the amenities were satisfactory and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is located in a great location with breathtaking views but the quality of food was very average. The support staff was good and co-operative. Would rate it as average.

hi team , i booked hotel snow flake in narkanda on 28 december 2024. due to road blockage in narkanda we can’t go there. i raised refund request to the support team, they really helped me to get the money back with full support. i have to say thanks for them. make my trip is just good. keep going i give 5 star rating for the support team who helped to get back my refund money .. see you again🙂

Room was not cleaned, the bed and furniture were old and in bad condition, it was all dust on blanket. In toilet the water pressure was too low. I have to use my own paper toilet to clean myself.

The stay was good and beautiful. We booked a beautiful view room. It was neat and clean and the staff was good and hospitable as well. Overall it was a really amazing experience.

Hotel snowflake narkanda room stay very nice experience only to keep fan facility due to diverse sunny climate. N must has mosquito repellent. Food is good service is very good

I totally enjoyed my stay at hotel snowflake. The room, although a bit small, was clean and offered a beautiful valley view. The staff and manager were always there to assist us. I only had breakfast at the property which was good and totally worth the money.

The overall place is very beautiful and experience was great. Dinesh and staff were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a comfortable and cosy stay there while admiring the beautiful view from the room.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and i'm totally satisfied with the stay. The manager and staff were always there to assist me. The room was clean and the view was beautiful.
