No one receive my call display on this site of hotel

Hotel room not ready at that time. I am waiting for sometime.

Very very poor service, room didn't have lock, not hot water to etc. Dirty swiming pool, dirty odor of bed pillow blanket.

Walking distance from coloungut beach is good feature fir this hotel.

Wste of money no proper food unhygienic cheap quality

Food was home made taste was good rooms were good neat and clean though The service was very poor and need continuous follow-up.

Very hard to locate the hotel, tabs of washroom broken, no hot water, remotes were without cell, nobody comes for housekeeping, no kitchen in the hotel, service is very slow, will not recommend anyone to book the hotel.

Located away from road. Very problematic for 4 wheeler.

Took money from me for refrigerator, bed for 4 people, hot water, toiletries, room service, etc. But the hotel did not provide a single thing of this. I asked for refrigerator then they said they don't provide it. The bed given by hotel was for 2 while we were 4. They didn't even gave extra bed. There was no geyser in hotel bathroom. TV was not working. Even the room had one light working out of 4. When I complained about it the owner said you will have to adjust for it. There was no room service nor any facilities. Very bad experience. Hotel does not allow outside food or any beverages. But in MMT profile they hide this information. MMT should take actions on this and should check the hotel before assuring it. This was my worst hotel experience.

Room is very worst Costumer handling is very poor

A home water tank is used as a swimming pool. In rush hours they change the booking and shift you to an another property which is also shabby and bed is always stinky.

Hotel was hard to find. Google location is wrong. Stay was pleasant but reception was very pathetic.

There are no cupboards to keep The luggage, hot water was not provided and there is no room service even after asking them to clean

If you are looking for budget stay near to market and you are with friends then you can think. But don’t ever think to stay with family. You’ll not any facility over there and you can say it’s just a lodge.

Room is good but service facilities is average type. Room space is good enough to stay but bed is for only 3 people.
