My recent bus journey with Lakdi Ka Pul (KSM) from Hyderabad to Bangalore was a pleasant surprise. The bus was comfortable, and the drivers were courteous and professional. The scenic views along the way added to the enjoyment of the trip. Overall, I had a good experience traveling with KSM, and I would consider them for future journeys."

while the location amenities are great they are terrible at customer service. i did a double booking by mistake for the same day. they were not ready to refund the amount citing "policy". I understand no refund if customer cancels , but this is a clear case of double booking and I am already staying in the previous alloted room. it is basic courtesy to refund the amount for the 2nd booking

Good and maintained well, staffs are polite , kind and more helpful

It's a budget hotel without much amenities. Half lit water, that's all u get. Rooms are ok. U have to carry your own brush n paste. U are lucky if u get one. Order the tea and get it in 30 min in a carry bag, of course u hv to be skilled enough to pour it in microscopic cups. Only the lady receptionist listens and helps u out with suggestions.

I recently stayed at super townhouse r cc majestic 397 lb nagar and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The experience was subpar. The check-in process was only good. The room itself was disappointing; door lock and washroom lock was not working properly. The amenities, such as wi-fi, were unreliable, ac was not working initially making it hard to work or stay connected. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable, with thin walls that didn’t block out sounds from other guests or the street. When we conplained about door lock staff asked us to shift in different there was no cleaning daily. It was mentioned by receptionist that they will clean when we came back the room was clean also hotel didn’t even provide us water bottle when asked staff asked us to pay and also costlier than normal price. I would not recommend this hotel as the overall experience was not good overall, i would not recommend [hotel name. The experience fell short in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. I hope they work on improving these areas for future guests.

Stayed in hotel with an uncomfortable room, dodgy electricity, and a broken bathroom flush. Plus, the staff ghosted us. Not recommending!

Break fast is charged in the bill but they didn't provided make my trip need to look into. Don't show that option. Staff are good

There is no breakfast facility at the hotel yet they charge including breakfast amount. We managed to get the food on request but this is a glitch and people may get fooled while booking! mattress and pillows have stains. Not recommended for families

No kitchen. No tea. No boy facilities to get these things from out side. No good restaurant nearby.
